While searching entertainment or also some active way of spending time in Krynica surely you should consider visiting the Rope Park on the top of Góra Parkowa (called Mamut) or the one at the bottom of Jaworzyna Krynicka (called Krynicki Park Linowy). These spots offer excellent and safe entertainment. Going through the routes and obstacles you can live out an outdoor adventure accompanied by extraordinary emotions.
The Mamut Rope Park is dedicated mainly for children and includes 4 varied routes. The first one, called Mamucik, is prepared for babies. Thanks to the protective nets it can be used by 2-year old babies. The other routes (orange, green, and blue) vary with height and obstacles – route choice depends on age and height of a child.
The second rope park is larger and with more varied offer and that is why it’s designed for children and adults too – it inludes 9 routes of various difficulty level. Apart from obstacles to go through you can encounter additional attractions on your way, such as line go-cart or a jump to spider’s web (green route). The most demanding and difficult extreme route reaches 49 feet in some places and is perfect for daredevils without acrophobia and more open to extreme adventures. Among the routes there are two sliding ones.
Persons desiring higher adrenaline doses can experience 56-feet jump called Big Swing in Krynicki Park Linowy. Moreover, visitors can use a climbing wall, the youngest ones spend time in a playground, a sandpit or jump on a springboard.
The rope parks put effort not only in delivering unforgettable experience but also in providing safety while people have fun. Participants go through short training of equipment usage. Only after completing the training you can be allowed to go through.
